At My Doctor License, we strive to provide the highest quality of service and exam preparation materials. Because our services involve digital content and labor-intensive documentation processes, we have established the following policy regarding refunds and cancellations.
 
1. Licensing Consultancy Services
  • Initial Assessment: Once our team has completed your eligibility check and provided the initial report, the service is considered “delivered,” and no refunds will be issued.
  • Application & DataFlow Support: Once we have initiated the document submission or DataFlow verification process on your behalf, the fees paid to My Doctor License are non-refundable.
  • Third-Party Fees: Please note that fees paid to regulatory bodies (DHA, MOH, DOH) or verification agencies (DataFlow) are paid directly to them. My Doctor License is not responsible for these fees, and they are generally non-refundable as per the respective authority’s rules.
     
 
2. Exam Preparation Courses & Digital Materials
  • Instant Access: Our study materials and mock tests are digital products. Once access is granted to the course portal, the product is considered “used.”
  • 24-Hour Window: You may request a refund within 24 hours of purchase ONLY IF you have not logged into the portal or accessed/downloaded any materials.
  • No Refunds After Access: If our system logs show that the course materials have been accessed or a mock test has been started, no refund will be provided under any circumstances.
     
 
3. Cancellation of Services
  • You may cancel your request for licensing support at any time. However, cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for work already performed or digital materials already accessed.
  • To request a cancellation, please email us at info@mydoctorlicense.com with your order details.
     
 
4. Failed Payments & Double Charges
  • In the event of a technical error where you are charged twice for the same service, or if a payment fails but the amount is deducted from your bank, the excess amount will be refunded automatically by our payment gateway (PhonePe).
  • Such refunds typically take 7 to 10 working days to reflect in your original payment method (Bank Account/Credit Card/UPI).
 
5. Service Denial
  • If we find that the documents provided by you are fraudulent or forged, My Doctor License reserves the right to terminate your service immediately. In such cases, no refund will be issued, and you may be reported to the relevant authorities.
 
6. How to Request a Refund
If you believe you are eligible for a refund based on the criteria above, please follow these steps:
  1. Email mydoctorlicense.com with the subject line: Refund Request – (Your Full Name).
  2. Include your Order ID and the reason for the refund request.
  3. Our team will review your request within 3-5 working days and notify you of the approval or rejection.
