Qualification and Experience Requirements
Nurse
Educational Level
Accredited bachelor’s degree with an internship year or acceptable practical training in inpatient nursing departments in accredited health facilities.
Educational Field
Nursing and midwifery.
Experience
Experience must not be below one year for non-Saudis, with the exception of the Graduates of Saudi universities.

2. Dataflow
DataFlow verifies your educational certificates, licenses, and experience documents from original sources.
3. Apply for Professional Classification
Submit your qualifications, experience, and required documents for SCFHS professional classification review.
4. Exam
Pass the SCFHS Prometric Exam or Oral Assessment to prove your professional competency.
5. Receive Professional Classification
After successful verification and exam completion, SCFHS issues your Professional Classification Certificate.
6. Obtain Job Offer in Saudi Arabia
Apply for healthcare jobs in Saudi Arabia after receiving your SCFHS classification approval.
7. Professional Registration
Complete SCFHS professional registration after joining your employer to activate your Saudi license.

SCHFS Licensing Process – Step by Step
Step 1: Create SCFHS Account
Mumaris Plus is the official online portal used by SCFHS for healthcare licensing applications in Saudi Arabia.
Documents Required to Create a Mumaris Plus Account:
- Valid Passport
- Passport-sized Photograph
- Active Email ID
- Phone Number
After account creation, you will receive your SCFHS application profile used for all future licensing steps.
Step 2: Dataflow
Clear scanned colour copies of the documents to be verified:
● Passport (mandatory for all documents)
● Educational certificates: Degree/Diploma
● Health License Certificate
Fees – SAR 500
Time – 25 working days
Step 3: Apply for Professional Classification
After the dataflow apply for Professional Classification
Fees -SAR 200
Professional Classification and Requirements:
- A copy of the qualification to be classified.
- The certificate of Internship.
- The academic record.
- A copy of the clinical training completion certificate for qualifications that contain training.
- Equivalence of academic certificates from the Ministry of Education for certificates issued from outside the Kingdom.
- A copy of the license/Professional Registration from the medical boards accredited in the applicant’s country, or a certificate of experience if the license/ Professional Registration is not available in the country.
- A copy of the qualification certificates, experience certificates, Registration and Professional licensing certificates from the country of origin, issued by the authenticating Company (for non-Saudis).
- A copy of the national ID for Saudis or the passport for non-Saudis.
- A medical report for those who are older than 65 years from an entity other than his employer
