- Valid Registration / License: Applicants must hold a valid professional license or registration from their home country and/or country of last employment (where applicable).
- Good Standing Certificate (GSC): A valid GSC is required from the same licensing authority that issued your license(must be issued within the last 6 months).

SCFHS Licensing Steps (Overview)

Create an account on the SCFHS Mumaris Plus portal to begin your licensing application process.
2. DataFlow
DataFlow verifies your educational certificates, licenses, and experience documents from original sources.
3. Apply for Professional Classification
Submit your qualifications, experience, and required documents for SCFHS professional classification review.
4. Exam
Pass the SCFHS Prometric Exam or Oral Assessment to prove your professional competency.
5. Receive Professional Classification
After successful verification and exam completion, SCFHS issues your Professional Classification Certificate.
6. Obtain Job Offer in Saudi Arabia
Apply for healthcare jobs in Saudi Arabia after receiving your SCFHS classification approval.
7. Professional Registration
Complete SCFHS professional registration after joining your employer to activate your Saudi license.

SCFHS Licensing Process – Step by Step
Step 1: Create SCFHS Account
Mumaris Plus is the official online portal used by SCFHS for healthcare licensing applications in Saudi Arabia.
Documents Required to Create a Mumaris Plus Account:
- Valid Passport
- Passport-sized Photograph
- Active Email ID
- Phone Number
After account creation, you will receive your SCFHS application profile used for all future licensing steps.
Step 2: DataFlow
Clear scanned colour copies of the documents to be verified:
● Passport
● Educational certificates: Degree/Diploma
● Health License Certificate
Fees – SAR 500
Time – 25 working days
Step 3: Apply for Professional Classification
After the dataflow apply for Professional Classification
Fees -SAR 200
Professional Classification and Requirements:
- A copy of the qualification to be classified.
- The certificate of Internship.
- The academic record.
- A copy of the clinical training completion certificate for qualifications that contain training.
- license/Professional Registration
- A copy of the national ID for Saudis or the passport for non-Saudis.
- A copy of the qualification certificates, experience certificates, Registration and Professional licensing certificates from the country of origin, issued by the authenticating Company (for non-Saudis).
- A medical report for those who are older than 65 years from an entity other than his employer
- Equivalence of academic certificates from the Ministry of Education for certificates issued from outside the Kingdom. (Only for saudi Nationals)
After submitting application for profession classification as per your degree certificate and experience SCFHS will assign a rank for you which might be
1. Health Assistant, 2. Specialist in Training, 3. Assistant Specialist 4. Specialist 5. Senior Specialist 6. Consultant
After you submit your Professional Classification application, SCFHS will assign you to one of three tracks based on your qualifications and experience:
Direct Decision: Classification approved without exam or further evaluation.
Evaluation: Additional document review required.
Exam: You must pass the SCFHS Prometric Exam to proceed.
If you are assigned to the Exam track, follow Step 4 below.
Step 4: Exam
The Exam is the mandatory assessment phase for the majority of healthcare professionals.
Once SCFHS approves your Professional Classification application (and if you are on the Exam track), SCFHS will issue an Eligibility Letter. This letter contains your unique Eligibility ID, which is valid for 1 year and allows up to 3 exam attempts. You must use this Eligibility ID to book your exam via Prometric.
Step 5: Receive Professional Classification
Once you pass the exam (or receive a Direct Decision), SCFHS will issue your Professional Classification Certificate.

Booking Steps (Via Prometric)
1. Log in to Mumaris Plus and download your SCFHS Eligibility Letter. Note your unique Eligibility ID.
2. Visit the official Prometric website for SCFHS exams.
3. Enter your SCFHS Eligibility ID and the first 4 letters of your last name.
4. Select Exam → Schedule → Choose your preferred date and test center (available globally).
5. Pay the exam fee in USD using a credit/debit card.
6. Confirmation: Prometric will send you an email with your admit details.
Exam Day Requirements
– Original Passport (must match the name in your SCFHS application)
– SCFHS Eligibility ID (print the Eligibility Letter)
– Prometric Confirmation Letter (print the email confirmation)
Important Notes
– Reschedule/Cancel: At least 72 hours prior to exam date (fees may apply).
– Retake: You may retake after 14 days if you fail, provided you still have remaining attempts (max 3 attempts total within the 1-year validity of your Eligibility ID).
– After 3 failures: You must apply for a new Eligibility Letter (repeat Step 3, with applicable fees).
– Results: Available via Mumaris+.
