1. Digital Course Materials & Exam Prep
  • Delivery Method: All study materials, mock tests, and Prometric exam preparation courses are delivered digitally via our online student portal or via your registered email address.
  • Timeline: Access is typically granted instantly upon successful payment. In cases of manual verification or technical delays, access will be provided within a maximum of 24 hours.
  • Delivery Confirmation: You will receive an automated email containing your login credentials and instructions on how to access your dashboard immediately after your transaction is completed.
     
 
2. Licensing Consultancy & DataFlow Support
  • Service Initiation: Once the service fee is paid, a dedicated licensing specialist will contact you via email or phone within 24 to 48 working hours to begin your eligibility check or document review.
  • Document Delivery: Any reports, eligibility letters, or verification updates generated during the process will be sent to your registered email in PDF format.
  • Timeline for External Processes: Please note that while we initiate our consultancy immediately, the final delivery of a “License” or “DataFlow Report” depends on government authorities (DHA, MOH, DOH) and third-party verification bodies. These timelines are governed by the respective authorities.
